We operate alongside Interim Healthcare, Lifespark, Adara, Aveanna, and Gentiva, but our focus is simple. Support the nurse so the nurse can focus on the patient.

• What You’ll Do
• Provide skilled nursing visits in homes and community settings.
• Perform assessments, wound care, and medication management.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
• Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to nearby territories as needed to support census and coverage.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• What We’re Looking For
• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable in a field-based, travel-focused role.
• Reliable transportation.
