Cat Scan Technologist- Cat Scan-FT-1st shift

• Overview Performs radiologic procedures and assists physicians and radiologists at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Responsible for special procedures, angiographic procedures, CT scans and related quality control monitoring as assigned.
• Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Ensures a high quality of images produced.
• Responsible for availability and sterility of equipment and supplies used for assigned areas.
• The technologist will be part of the on call pool. **The CT Technologist may be required to cover inpatient or outpatient areas to include offsite diagnostic locations

Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science Experience: 2 years’ experience in CT preferred Licenses/Certificates: Must be ARRT (R) registered. Must be ARRT (CT) registered. BCLS required About Us Day shift Monday-Thursday 730-6p
