The nurse is responsible for planning and delivering direct and indirect patient care and developing nursing care plans. They must communicate changes in clinical conditions to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Requires a Texas RN license (or compact license) and active ACLS certification upon hire, with BLS obtained within 14 days. Preferred candidates have over one year of experience in a Med/Surg hospital setting.
The nurse is responsible for the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
