Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities, including assisting with personal care and activities of daily living. Responsible for documenting patient records, reporting condition changes to nursing staff, and maintaining a clean patient environment.
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, or one year of applicable experience. Must hold a valid Wisconsin Nurse Aide/CNA credential and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
