Salary
$20 - $32 / HOUR
Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to the leadership team.
Must possess a valid state CNA certification and the ability to meet state and federal regulatory guidelines. CPR certification and experience in long-term care are preferred.

If not, we can help you get there—just don’t practice on your lunch break. The ability to read, write, and speak English—we love multilingual team members, but we do need to understand each other clearly. A background that aligns with state and federal regulatory guidelines—we think you’re awesome, but the law has a say too. Lifelong Learning (a.k.a. You Never Stop Leveling Up): Stay sharp by attending in-services and education programs—we promise, there won’t be a pop quiz... probably. Complete your Relias trainings on time—yes, we see you trying to do them at 11:59 PM. Still counts! Knock out your 12 hours of annual in-service training to keep your certification current—and your skills polished. Keep your CPR certification up to date—because being a hero sometimes comes with paperwork.
