Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy- Waukesha County- 0.5 FTE Float

What You Will Do

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
