The Clinical Pharmacist manages chronic diseases and optimizes pharmacotherapy through comprehensive medication management and dosage adjustments. They collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinic workflows.
Requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy and licensure from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Preference is given to candidates with Kansas licensure, BCACP certification, or a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care residency.

Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
