• The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting.

Experience

1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.

Education

1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

• 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Current CPR certification preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
