The Primary Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults in a residential treatment program using evidence-based approaches. They are responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and possess a current mental health professional license. Experience working with adults in a residential treatment setting with various mood and personality disorders is required.
