The Cardiac Sonographer performs various echocardiographic diagnostic modalities to assess cardiac function, anatomy, and physiology. They utilize a variety of equipment to ensure accurate diagnostic assessments for patients.
Candidates must have an associate degree in a relevant health science field and be registered or registry-eligible via ARDMS or CCI. Current BLS certification and specialty certifications such as ACS, RCS, or RDCS are required.

The Cardiac Sonographer will perform all echocardiographic diagnostic modalities with the ability to utilize a variety of equipment to determine accurate assessment of cardiac function, anatomy and physiology flow parameters.
