Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of individuals with neurological and spinal conditions in an outpatient setting. This includes developing and implementing skilled physical therapy programs and maintaining documentation according to regulatory guidelines.
Requires a valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy and a degree from a CAPTE approved program, with a DPT preferred. Experience in outpatient care and specialization in spine and neuro conditions is preferred.
