The RN provides professional nursing care using the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans for patients with intensive therapy needs.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Nursing, a Michigan RN license, and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within five years of hire.
