Salary

The Resident Care Nurse coordinates assessments and service plans to ensure high-quality care delivery. They also assist the Resident Care Director with compliance and the supervision of C.N.A. staff.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN or RN license in the state where the facility is located. Knowledge of state and federal regulations is required, and experience in geriatric care is desired.
