Assists residents with plate\n and utensil orientation.\n * Provide one on one support when needed to engage residents in activities or\n providing a quiet space to calm residents when needed.\n * Applies "5 Star" customer service approach and commitment in all aspects of\n job with an emphasis on continued improvement.\n * Committed to working with residents and families to develop and implement\n strategies that promote person-centered care.
