Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to manage treatment plans and psychotropic medications for residents in long-term care facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and nursing home staff to deliver care both in-person and via telehealth.
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas with required experience in psychiatric or mental health care. A valid driver's license and experience with geriatric populations are strongly preferred.

About Us Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. What You’ll Do Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual) Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Licensed NP or PA in the state of Texas Psychiatric/mental health experience required Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred Spanish bilingual is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care
