Registered Nurse - Baptist Inpatient Wound Care - PRN

• The Registered Nurse serves as clinician, teacher, consultant, researcher and change agent in the specialty of wound, ostomy, and continence to affect quality care.
• The person in this position cooperates with administration to establish major objectives and standards of patient care practice and assists nursing staff in complying with accrediting agency regulations.
• This position will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team approach in the treatment of ostomies, stomas, acute and chronic wounds.
• This position will coordinate treatment to provide comprehensive wound assessment and plan of care, including goals, implementation of treatment evaluation and outcomes for patient throughout the organization.
• The position serves as a resource person for physician and clinical team.
