Assist licensed therapists in implementing support plans and conducting therapy groups for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Handle administrative tasks, equipment maintenance, and client transportation to ensure effective service delivery.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or previous therapy assistant experience is preferred.

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30. Therapy staff are expected to flex their hours to meet the individual and facility needs. This is an hourly 37.5-hour work week.
This position will require travel to the Group Homes locations as well as community outings outside of Hazelwood Center (i.e. fieldtrip's). This position may also require trips to local stores to obtain client specific or department items in the event of a necessity. Travel is less than 50% of the expected total job duty.
