The role involves coordinating office documentation, managing vehicle schedules and dispatching, and performing general administrative support. Key tasks include auditing ILP documentation, maintaining filing systems, and recording meeting minutes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in an office environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience in scheduling are required.

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional flex hours, evening and/or weekend work may be required.
