Position Overview

Kaiser Permanente–Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time salaried locum physician (1.0 FTE) who is BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our Smokey Point Medical Center team in Smokey Point, Washington.

• Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits • Salary Range

• $279,366 to $312,232 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD/DO Required
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
