• Days, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., every other weekend
• Starting
• Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE. Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County. What You’ll Get to Do Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene needs Support residents with meals, dining, and daily routines Help residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for Communicate resident needs or changes with nurses and care team members Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures Assist with documentation and resident support as directed Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members What We’re Looking For An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class preferred Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
