• Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain sterilization records and logs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards
• Prepare instrument trays and treatment rooms for patient care
• Organize and stock operatories and clinical supply areas
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinical area
• Assist dental assistants and providers with clinic support tasks as needed
• Help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced dental environment 💼 What We're Looking For
• Previous dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
