The role involves conducting thorough neurological evaluations and implementing tailored treatment plans for patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, be board-certified, and possess an active medical license in the state of practice. A minimum of 2 years of experience in neurology is required.
This contract position offers the opportunity to work on-site, providing high-quality care to patients while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
In this role, you will be integral to our neurology department, diagnosing and treating a range of neurological conditions while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Conduct thorough neurological evaluations and diagnoses Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in neurology Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding conditions and treatments Participate in continuous education and professional development activities Adhere to ethical standards and regulations in medical practice
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Active medical license in the state of practice Associate level experience in neurology or related field Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neurology Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement Basic understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Appointments: 60 minutes for new patients, 30 minutes for follow-ups
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
