Position Available: Physical Therapist

Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans Deliver care in outpatient setting Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records. Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa (new graduates welcome to apply). Passion for or strong interest in women’s health physical therapy, training and continuing education opportunities provided. Valid driver’s license.
