Competitive Compensation starting at $45ph + Full Benefits Consistent Evening & Weekend Schedules Opportunities for Growth Within an Expanding Pediatric Urgent Care Program 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Wellness & Discount Programs Supportive Team Environment Focused on Collaboration & Development What You'll Do Perform nursing assessments and triage pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries Obtain medical histories, vital signs, and clinical intake information to support diagnosis and treatment Prioritize patient care based on clinical presentation and collaborate with providers on treatment plans Perform nursing procedures including IV placement, venipuncture, specimen collection, medication administration, and other treatments within scope of practice Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status or emergent situations Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards What We're Looking For Current NYS Registered Nurse License required Graduate of an accredited nursing program required Current BLS and PALS certifications required Pediatric experience required Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred Ability to remain calm and exercise sound clinical judgment in urgent situations Experience with EMR systems required; athenaOne experience preferred Compensation Offered: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 45.00 USD Hourly The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role.
