Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Home-Based Care

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an APRN. Experience providing care to adult and geriatric populations. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and EMR systems (Athena experience preferred). Excellent communication and patient education skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
