The Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapy services in patients' homes to improve functional independence and safety. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, or OTD) and a valid state license. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for regular travel to patient homes.
The Home Care Occupational Therapist provides skilled occupational therapy services directly in patients’ homes.
