Deliver occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients while establishing personalized plans of care. Responsibilities include preparing progress notes, discharge summaries, and traveling to various centers as needed.
Candidates must possess a valid State Occupational Therapist License and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or acute care settings is required.
