Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a degree from an accredited program and valid RN/APRN licenses for New Hampshire and Vermont. Requires strong clinical judgment and experience or interest in both academic and community practice settings.
Dartmouth Health’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a skilled and adaptable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia team, practicing across both academic and community hospital settings. This role is ideal for CRNAs who value a mixed practice, offering both solo case management and participation in an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model. All facilities are within a 35-mile radius, providing manageable, congestion-free commutes and an excellent work-life balance. What This Position Offers Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients across academic and community hospitals. Manage a range of anesthesia cases, including solo cases and those performed within an ACT model. Deliver anesthesia services across multiple specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, and more. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care. Our Benefits Salary tiers starting at $259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience $25,000 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of your start date Up to $15,000 relocation bonus (based on mileage), paid within 30 days of your start date $50,000 loan forgiveness program - or instead, you can choose to receive a $25,000 retention bonus at year 1 and $25,000 at year 2 Option to pick up extra shifts at premium rates at $254/hr.
