Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve resident mobility and independence. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress and educating caregivers on safety and home exercise programs.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited PTA program and an active state PTA license. CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver's license with auto insurance are also required.
