Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to residents in assisted living environments, helping them restore mobility, function, and confidence.

Locations Hudson Macedonia Requirements for the Physical Therapist Role Current, valid Ohio Physical Therapy license Must hold active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Reliable Transportation A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required for reliable transportation. Previous experience in home health care is preferred.
