Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Utilizes critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines to ensure integrated and safe patient care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligibility to practice in California
• ICU nursing experience or recent practice in critical care settings (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting
• Willingness to complete a 13-week travel assignment in Simi Valley
