Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical services to adults and families facing mental health and substance use challenges in a community-based outpatient setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical, housing, and employment linkages to support client recovery.
Requires a Master's Degree in a related field and eligibility for licensure (such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Candidates must have at least one year of related experience and a valid Connecticut Driver's License.
The Clinician position provides comprehensive assessments, group and individual clinical services, and collaborates with team members in the treatment of adults suffering from mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, in community-based outpatient treatment setting. This position will be based in The Connection: Center for Behavioral Health, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. The clinical team works collaboratively with medical, treatment, employment, housing, and educational linkages in the community on behalf of clients.
