Stern at Home Therapy is actively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout Bronx County.

This opportunity is ideal for a PTA who values flexibility, autonomy, strong earning potential, and consistent local patient volume without long commutes across multiple counties.

You’ll provide one-on-one therapy services in patients’ homes while working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist who supervises remotely and an experienced clinical support team.

What You’ll Do

Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising PT. Treat patients in home and community-based settings. Document visits electronically. Communicate the patient's progress to the clinical team. Build strong patient relationships through individualized care. This role is designed to keep clinicians working within a localized territory whenever possible.

Qualifications

Active New York PTA license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and time management skills. Home care or outpatient experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation.
