Part-Time Physical Therapist – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Hightstown area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times. Territory Coverage:
ALF. Hightstown area. Nearby community patients.
Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings. Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
Consistent, territory-based scheduling to reduce travel. Flexible part-time hours. Strong and steady patient referral flow. Supportive clinical and administrative team. Streamlined documentation process.
Compensation. Competitive pay (visit-based) W2 or 1099 option

Active NJ Physical Therapist license. Degree in Physical Therapy. Ability to work independently in a field-based setting. Strong communication and organizational skills.
