Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings within a designated geographic area. Manage a consistent caseload while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license and a degree in Physical Therapy. The role requires the ability to work independently in a field-based setting with strong organizational and communication skills.
Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel
Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings. Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
