Provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living and promoting community integration. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting daily activities, and implementing personalized care plans.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience in group homes or certifications in First Aid/CPR are preferred.
