Provide comprehensive person-centered care to individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily living activities and promoting community integration. Collaborate with families and managers to implement personalized care plans and document client progress.
Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Experience in group homes or certifications in First Aid/CPR are preferred.
