The SLP evaluates and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The role focuses on enhancing functional communication and safe swallowing to improve patient independence and quality of life.
Candidates must hold a Master's in Speech Pathology, a Florida DOH License, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Basic Life Support certification is required, and the role is open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners.

Must demonstrate a strong foundation in clinical skills, patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
