Responsibilities
Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures Manage postoperative pain and recovery care Supervise CRNAs within a medical direction model Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams Participate in a rotating weekend call schedule
Qualifications
- Required MD or DO degree Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Eligible for unrestricted state medical licensure Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Preferred General anesthesiology experience Regional anesthesia experience Experience supervising CRNAs Interest in a long-term hospital-based practice Recruitment Process Initial Phone Interview Clinical & Leadership Discussions Facility Review Offer Presentation Employment Type Full-Time Relevant Skills Anesthesiology
