The Impact You’ll Make • Develop Your Clinical Toolkit

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to a diverse, rural population under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Collaborative
• Learning: Participate in daily team huddles and case conferences—you’ll be a valued voice in an interdisciplinary medical team.

• Advocacy: Act as a resource for our medical team, bringing a trauma-informed lens to the clinic’s approach to socioeconomic barriers and whole-person health.

• Stabilization: Provide critical support for patients, learning to navigate crisis intervention and complex care coordination.

Who You Are • Licensed-Track Professional

• You hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field and are currently Rostered in the State of Vermont, actively working toward your full licensure (LCMHC or similar).
• Growth-Oriented: You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to engage deeply in the supervisory process.
