Night Nurse (RN/LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team providing excellent care on our night shift (7:00pm to 7:00am, rotating schedule). As a Nurse, you’ll be a part of a warm, supportive environment where your skills are valued and your heart appreciated. A Night in the Life of a Long-Term Care Nurse

• Providing patient care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN state license(s)
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
