Salary
$20 - $30 / HOUR
Provide community-based home intervention services, including skill coaching and behavior management, to youth and families facing mental health challenges. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to empower youth to reach their full potential within their communities.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and vehicle for transporting youth. A degree in human services or a Community Health Worker Certification is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with youth requiring behavioral management.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
