Provide support to members to increase their employment and independent living skills through partnership with vocational counselors and community providers. Work closely with the clinical team to implement individual service plans and maintain member involvement in social and learning activities.
Requires a degree in behavioral health or a related field, or a combination of education and experience ranging from a high school diploma with three years of experience to a Master's degree. Must have at least one year of experience working with seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults and possess valid CPR, First Aid, and Arizona driver's license certifications.

Join one of our clinical teams as a Rehabilitation Specialist and provide support to our members to help them increase their employment and independent living skills. You will work in partnership with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, community rehabilitation program providers, and other parties to help members increase or maintain involvement in learning, working, and social activities. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure all services in members’ individual service plans are implemented.
