The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and implements care plans to restore physical functional performance and prevent injuries. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, documenting assessments, and supervising therapy assistants and home health aides.
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensing are required, along with at least one year of OT experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
