Homer Street Michigan City, Indiana 46360 The PACE Personal Care Attendant I is a valuable role within Franciscan Health.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party.
Maintain inventory supplies, sets-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants.
Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.
