The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care through patient assessment, planning, intervention, education, and evaluation, performing procedures like oxygen delivery, ventilator management, and bronchial hygiene therapy. This role also involves monitoring patient response to therapy, making recommendations for modifications, and assisting physicians with various procedures.
Candidates must possess a current Respiratory Care License in the working state and NBRC credentialing, along with two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional. Preferred qualifications include RRT credentialing, NRP certification, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
