Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Texas Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Texas through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for adults navigating mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major transitions. This position is suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear systems, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting while maintaining strong professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and identify client needs, risks, strengths, and treatment goals Create and update treatment plans based on client progress and clinical presentation Use appropriate evidence-based therapy methods within your scope of practice Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation Monitor client safety and follow proper protocols for crisis concerns or higher-level care needs Coordinate with internal clinical teams when case consultation or additional support is needed Support clients in building practical coping skills, emotional awareness, and healthier patterns Follow state, federal, and ethical standards for telehealth-based mental health care Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Supportive clinical structure and administrative systems If you are a licensed Texas LCSW looking for a stable full-time telehealth role, we would be glad to review your application and connect with you about the next step in your clinical career.
