$30 - $32 / HOUR
Administer physical therapy to patients in their residences on an intermittent basis. Follow physician orders and plans of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist or RN Clinical Manager.
Must possess an active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License, valid CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Two years of experience is preferred.
