The Medical Assistant is responsible for medication monitoring, observation, and coordination with medical staff and outside providers. They ensure the implementation of medical program guidelines and maintain nursing department supplies while adhering to HIPAA policies.
Candidates must be a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in California with CPR/First Aid certification and two years of experience in behavioral health residential treatment. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to administer injections, and full Covid-19 vaccination.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for the medication monitoring/observation and coordination with consulting medical staff, clinical staff and outside providers. They are responsible for following guidelines and implementation of medical aspects of the company’s program in accordance with the standards and procedures of the facility.

The range provided is for California based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CA may differ based on the cost of living in that geographic location.
