The LVN is responsible for conducting health assessments, monitoring resident behavior, and coordinating the daily dissemination of medications. They also provide training to support staff and collaborate on client treatment plans based on health data.
Candidates must hold a valid LVN, LPN, LPT, or RN license and be CPR/First Aid certified. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, proficiency in computer software, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
